SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Orders within the United States typically arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email or SMS. While we work with reliable carriers, delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

Reincarnated Truth LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. If a package is delayed or appears lost in transit, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
